Janise Graham

Janise is a speaker, author, founder of and Chief Insurance Strategist at Entrepreneur’s Insurance Services and owner of Leaving In Style, a business consulting company. She is driven to help business owners and entrepreneurs plan for and protect the future of their families, businesses, and employees.

Business owners are in a quandry and fearful of what’s next. They are trying to decide what their future will be. The coronavirus has her ramping up the business coaching side of her business. Many business owners don’t have a plan in place which is critical when everything is uncertain during the coronavirus. She focuses on the structure to help business owners put their foundation in place. The plan takes into account what is happening now but taking into account what happens if the business shifts.  You can stand and freeze or shift now for the future.

She gives several examples of how businesses are starting to think about pivoting. She uses the analogy of flying a plane to modify your business flight plan.  You can listen to her webinar at www.leavinginstyle.com.
