Earth Day Balboa ParkCarolyn Chase, the founder of San Diego Earth Day, which is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary this spring, is a tireless volunteer. She’s also the recipient of the Bob Marley Peace Award, among many, and was a Planning Commissioner for the City of San Diego.
