Shirley Engelmeier is founder and CEO of InclusionINC, a Minneapolis-based organization that helps companies link inclusion to better business results as well as author of the book “Inclusion: The New Competitive Business Advantage,” which defines the advantages that Gen Y brings to the workplace. A regular contributor to FOX Business, Shirley is a frequent speaker at national inclusion and diversity conferences as well as consultant for several Fortune 1000 companies. Originally trained as an educator, Shirley earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
