Michelle Baldwin founded Nepali by TDM Design in 2007.  She was introduced to Nepal, and the handicrafts of its women, via a business partner she met through Federal Research Corporation, a legal research and due diligence company.  Using her experience from working with the US Senate Commerce Committe as well as her positions with Entrepreneurs Organization and the US State Department’s Global Women’s Initiative.  Today Nepali by TDM Design is sold in more than 900 stores throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.
