After traveling to over 45 countries, Brad Hurvitz returned to America with a longing to make a difference in the world. He founded Trek to Teach after spending five months teaching in a village outside of Delhi. When he returned to begin business school, he partnered with Tibetan, Madan Prasain, a certified trekking and tour guide, along with Alice Neikirk, as Academic Coordinator, to found their non-profit program. Together they are working to bring teachers to remote villages for extended stays. Brad talks about his passion for purposeful travel and what it takes to trek to teach.

More about Brad:

He has a degree in Social Psychology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Oregon State University. Brad plans on enlarging the teaching program to other parts of Nepal, visiting South Africa and one day climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.
