[HTML1] Yes women are more conservative than men. And yes they don’t get up to bat and try to hit it out of the park. Women are naturally more conservative and want slower growth than men. That’s OK as long as you set your goals to increase your business and add at least 5 employees by year 3. Staying as a one man band is a DEAD END.

As the former and founding executive director of the Center for Women’s Business Research, Dr. Sharon Hadary has been a leader in creating social change for women for over two decades.

At the Center for Women’s Business Research, the premier non-profit research institute devoted to studying women’s entrepreneurship, she harnessed the transformational impact of data and altered forever the landscape for women business owners in access to capital, markets, expertise, and networks.

Dr. Hadary brings the perspective of both the corporate and non-profit worlds to her work.  She spent twenty years at IBM where she received a world-class education in leadership.  Prior to IBM, she worked in a boutique management consulting firm and was one of the first women hired into AT&T’s management training program.

About Susan Spencer

Susan T. Spencer is one of a kind. She was an entrepreneur and business professional before many women had the confidence to play with the men in the big leagues. Her companies had combined revenues of 50 million dollars.

Before the age of 40 she was a mother, former school teacher, business owner, and lawyer and GM of the Philadelphia Eagles football team. For more than 20 years she owned and operated 3 meat processing companies and was known as "that meat lady" because she was the only woman owner in the meat processing business that sold most of the fast food restaurants in the US and overseas.
