[HTML1] Today’s episode talks about the issues facing women in large law firms. Not only are female lawyers paid significantly less than men but they have only a 20% chance to be selected as a partner in the firm. It’s time to go back to the basics of where all of this began and examine every aspect of how we negotiate our salaries and compensation, and moving forward from there.

Rebecca concentrates her practice in the areas of tax and estate planning, closely held business succession planning, charitable giving, estate and trust administration and tax-exempt organizations. She has authored numerous articles and lectures frequently on various topics related to her practice areas.
Rebecca was awarded the 1993 Pittsburgh Tax Club Memorial Prize in recognition of her aptitude in tax law. In 2004, she was recognized as one of 30 statewide “Lawyers on the Fast Track” as published in The Legal Intelligencer.
