[HTML1] ACIDIC is one of the new cutting edge Rock Bands out there, doing some great things not only in LA & around the country people—but really all over the world! They’re part of an Armed Forces Entertainment Tour to perform for troops, sign autographs, pose for photos and extend their gratitude to America’s troops.

“We’re winners!”, screams lead singer and guitarist Michael Gossard! ACIDIC won the 18th Annual Billboard World Song Contest – 1st in Alternative category for “Strata Red“!

Their latest CD, Getting Lucky was released last March. ACIDIC has performed at legendary venues such as SXSW, The Sunset Strip Music Festival, The Troubadour, and Whisky A Go-Go. This past year, they toured across the United States opening for the bands Filter, Hawthorne Heights and The Higher.

In their own words, “we were so happy to get this chance to entertain our troops because they are the people who exhibit the most intense tenacity and courage in the face of danger on America’s behalf. They deserve nothing but the most sincere and memorable performance and we’re certainly going to offer ours! We’re hoping to provide some happiness and bring a little bit of our USA rock’n’roll until they can get back home.”

Al Cole, “Mr. Romance,” has lived some life, and has paid some dues. Al, an African-American man(don’t let the blue eyes fool ya!), is the product of a very loving, very special, romantic mother and father. From the earliest age Al related to that generous, loving, romantic spirit that was nurtured in him.

Al has been told over and over again by his fans, fans who affectionately call themselves “Al Cole-holics”, that his reflections, as well as his romantic words, could fill a book. The reflections, the romance, and the “secrets” have now been revealed in Al’s new book Romance for Women…& For All Mankind!
