Joe Franklin is the pioneer of the modern TV Talk Show, and one of Television and Radio’s most durable and beloved personalities…ever!! The Joe Franklin Show ran on Television for 40 consecutive years! He’s interviewed an astonishing 300,000+ guests! And he’s even in The Guinness Book of World Records!

And get this…Joe once employed Bette Midler and her accompanist Barry Manilow as his in-house singers!

Joe’s been out there on other big name shows too! He appeared regularly with Conan O’Brien. He’s been on The David Letterman Show, Live With Regis And Kathy Lee…and has been mentioned several times on the hit cartoon series The Simpsons!

Al Cole, “Mr. Romance,” has lived some life, and has paid some dues.
