Instructions: When completing this form, concisely convey in both your Bio and Topic Questions the focus of this interview and the relevant information you want the audience to understand. For example, if you wish to be interviewed about your book, you must incorporate information about your book into your Bio and the Topic Questions must be crafted around your book. The same would be true if you’re being interviewed about an event, your organization/company or any other topic of your choosing.

Consider that you will be speaking to a very large audience of women leaders (40-65+) who may not know you, so please don’t pre-suppose that they have any working knowledge of who you are and what you’re ‘known for’ when submitting your Bio and Topic Questions.

All interviews aim at being 5 minutes in length, which is about the time it takes to answer three questions.
