Lois Hollis shifts our opinion on shameful guilt. She is a shame-guilt
educator, counselor, filmmaker, author who coined the word “shameful
guilt.” Lois has always been a trailblazer as she helped develop one of
the first Kidney Hemodialysis Units in the USA at Thomas Jefferson
University in 1966. Today she not only shows us why shameful guilt has
led us to believe we are victims incapable of stellar lives but also HOW
to make friends with our inner critic and kick shameful guilt out of our
lives. Lois, who was dying at 55, today at 79, rollerblades with her
grandson because she was able to heal from the shameful guilt of an
abusive childhood. Lois was scarred with brain traumas, broken jaws,
heart, liver, illnesses with 30 years of migraine headaches. Her
impactful story shows us the immense power we reclaim when we
release the shameful guilt from our inner self. She has lectured widely,
including the Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania, events, and podcast interviews in 15 countries. Her three
books, spirit readings, and films that make shameful guilt visible, will
teach us how and why we need to know the trickery of fake shameful
guilt.
