The pandemic has thrown us into a whole new world of fear, uncertainty and isolation. But we don’t want to let it eat up our day and our person. We have to find a new way to deal with the isolation. We are all older people because we all have experience living the old life – and this is a new life.

She gives 5 tips for surviving isolation. She also talks about her favorite technology programs, including some which greatly help when working remotely.
