Join us for a discussion on life-long learning with Professor Nasreen Rustomfram, who is passionate about training and facilitation, loves interacting with adult learners and on a path of self-improvement and enhancement. Professor Nasreen Rustomfram is the Chair of the Centre for Life Long Learning at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai India. We will share the ways in which we enhanced youth leadership and people skills and carried the program to more than a dozen colleges across India. The results were inspiring.
We will share our learning. Everybody can work with these tools and templates to enhance their own leadership and people’s skills. Their personal level of education makes no difference. The conscious full spectrum approach can be applied to any field. Often, people engaged in Higher Education are not open to learning- and it is important to explore this space.

Bio: Brief Career Sketch of Prof. Nasreen Rustomfram
Prof. Nasreen Rustomfram holds a doctoral degree in Social Work from TISS and her field of study was Management of Human Service Organisations. Her career at TISS has focused upon adult learning, curriculum building, training and development. Her substantive areas of interest include Adult & Lifelong Learning, Gerontology, Geriatric Care and Human Services Management.
Prof. Rustomfram has served as a member of the UGC Standing Committee on Adult Education, as well as been a Member of the UGC National Consultative Committee for Capacity Building of Women Managers in Higher Education. As a Key Trainer for the same she has facilitated training of trainers workshops across India. She also serves on Task Forces & Committees of the National Literacy Mission, MHRD, GOI.
