Choosing Your Own Path with Kristin Santizo

On this week’s episode of Women’s Wealth: The Middle Way, Kristin Santizo joins Susan Michel, CEO of Glen Eagle Advisors, to discuss her journey as a mother and business owner. Kristin spent a number of years climbing the corporate ladder at her company, but when she took a backseat to a male peer after returning from her second maternity leave, she came to the harsh realization that the corporate world she was a part of was unsupportive of women and discouraged them from having families. Motivated, Kristin decided to start her own business, promising herself to never work for another employer. Join us as Kristin discusses the process she went through to prepare herself for the transition.
