Here at home we remember the devastation from Hurricane Katrina upon New Orleans and the world where lives were lost, people were displaced, and families fractured because of the inability of the local government in conjunction with the Federal Government to move quickly enough to bring light literally and energy sources ultimately to the lower ninth ward.
