Embracing Tech Without Smothering Yourself: Keeping Balanced

As much as I love technology, there are times when I really just want to unplug. Easier said than done, right? That’s why psychologist Larry Rosen’s book iDisorder caught my eye – a frank examination of how our attachment to technology is affecting mental health.

As someone who finds it fairly easy to juggle multiple activities, I was fascinated to learn that multitasking is a myth.  Here are some smart tips on dealing with the endless assault of technology in our lives and how we can stay wired, but sane, keeping our brain – and our relationships – healthy.
