Harvey Newquist – The Traveling National Guitar Museum

Harvey Newquist GuitarHarvey Newquist is on an unusual road trip. As the Executive Director and Founder of the National Guitar Museum, he’s traversing America sharing the history, science and cultural impact of this most popular of instruments.

Elaine spoke to him while the exhibit is visiting San Diego for the first quarter of 2014 before moving on to Hawaii.

Harvey, former Guitar magazine editor and author of over 20 books, will continue the trek until a permanent home is found. Follow the tour and find out where it lands at: NationalGuitarMuseum.org.
