Kimberely Howe is the Executive Director of ThrillerFest, the International Thriller Writers organization’s annual writers conference.
Kimberley has the honor of winning three Daphne du Maurier awards for Excellence in Mystery and Suspense and numerous other writing awards. She works as a medical, health, and fitness writer.
ThrillerFest, is the largest gathering of thriller writers and enthusiasts in the world, always based in New York City, the publishing hub.
ABOUT ANNE RICE
Anne Rice is a best-selling author of gothic, erotic, occult, and religious-themed novels.
Her first book, Interview with the Vampire, was published in 1976 and was the key to her “Vampire Chronicles” series, which includes more than a dozen volumes.
Her books have sold nearly a hundred million copies, making her one of the most widely read authors of modern times. Several of her books have been made into movies or plays, including the most popular Interview with the Vampire.
In 2003 Ms. Rice won The Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement, and this week she will be honored with the 2013 Thriller Master Award from the International Thriller Writers organization during ThrillerFest.
Her latest novel, The Wolves of Midwinter, to be published in October 2013, is the second book in the “Wolf Gift Chronicles” series.
