Josh Allan Dykstra, the March Y Gen Entrepreneur, is founder of Strengths Doctors, a Los Angeles-based consulting firm that helps leaders design energizing work environments. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with both a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Leadership and an MBA in Executive Leadership, Josh is author of Igniting the Invisible Tribe: Designing An Organization That Doesn’t Suck, a book about the changing world of work and thriving in the emerging economy.
