True, Ann. In my case i have a brand new kitty who is, believe it or not, giving me a
literal run for my money. And still a structured exercise routine is needed.
I am getting back into water aerobics. Water offers 8x the resistance of air;
and yet, affords an ease of movement.
Besides, I love the salt water pool I frequent! The challenge is to find the time!
