She is also the CEO and President of Third Angle, Inc., a strategy and innovation design and implementation firm where she and her team work with organizations to assess and redefine their niche and approach in various markets. Jean and her team have applied their firm’s expertise to Regina Dominican, a female-centered, college preparatory, Catholic-Dominican high school and as a result, Third Angle’s innovative model has become a finalist at the Edison Awards for its work in preparing women for global leadership. Dr. Egmon joins Speak Up! to discuss how Regina Dominican capitalized on its core, its culture and its curriculum to form new collaborative partnerships with global companies and organizations that weave real-world problems and projects into the college preparatory curriculum so that young women become immersed in considering the global issues they will be charged with impacting as leaders.
