Janice Waugh – Solo Traveler’s Handbook

Janice Waugh is a woman on the move and became a solo traveler as an act of defiance. After becoming obsessed with solo travel, she wrote The Solo Travelers Handbook and has built a community for those who want to go out in the world, but don’t have family or friends to travel with them. Now she travels full time and is a sought after speaker world wide.

More about Janice: She  sold her conference, trade show and publishing company before leaving for a year to travel with her family. She has a Masters Degree in History with a focus on how it is represented in feature films.  Her sites include: the Global Bloggers Network, The Solo Travelers Blog and on Facebook, The Solo Travel Society
