Michelle Nau – Volunteerism & the Peace Corps

[HTML1] Michelle joined the Peace Corps and moved to Botswana in 2009. She talks frankly about the every day reality of Volunteerism, her work with local NGOs to combat the HIV epidemic and violence against women.

Michelle Nau was born and raised in San Diego, California.  She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in finance and accounting from Bentley College in the greater Boston area.  After college, while working as an accountant and a financial analyst, Michelle also taught Latin dance. She is now working as a financial consultant in Boston and lives in Cambridge.
