The sixth annual “Pin-Ups for Vets” calendar, features her in costumes and poses popular with fighting men in World War Two. Profits from the sales are providing assistance to U.S. military hospitals world wide. Gina is currently on a fifty state tour of military hospitals and will ring the NASDAQ closing bell on Veterans Day, 11/11/11.
More about Gina Elise
Wanting to improve hospital conditions for veterans and salute her grandfather’s military service, Gina founded the non-profit company, Pinups for Vets. Today she continues to bring bedside cheer and delivers many of the calendars personally. “Nose” artist Hal Olsen, famous for his airplane pin-up artwork, has contributed to the 2012 calendar. Elise is partnering with Cooking with the Troops.org on her current nationwide tour.
