[HTML1]Frances Moore Lappé who is known as one of Gourmet Magazine’s top twenty-five people whose work has changed the way America eats. Frances is recipient of eighteen honorary doctorates, as well as the Right Livelihood Award, often called the “Alternative Nobel,” and the James Beard Foundation’s “Humanitarian of the Year” award. Frances just released her book EcoMind, where she tackles the question: “Why are we together creating a world that none of us individuals would choose?” Frances’ eye-opening answer, grounded in the latest scientific breakthroughs and stories of hope from around the world, challenges and empowers us to create the world we want.
