More about Deb Pace
Currently President & CEO of EarthSpring Foods, Deb is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in communications business-building, including a stint as a Navy Journalist in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, during the Gulf War. She spent several years as an award-winning anchor and reporter in radio and television broadcasting and online journalism.
She created her first business in 2009, when she founded BizCom, LLC, a communications firm creating and implementing marketing and media relations strategies for small businesses. Pace entered food manufacturing after a long-time colleague asked for help in building a soy-based solution to hunger and malnutrition. That effort led to the creation of EarthSpring Foods, and her personal mission to help others understand and overcome issues of hormonal imbalance.
EarthSpring Foods provides consumers with the ability to select soy foods to reduce estrogen dominance across all ages, genders and demographics. Like millions of American women, Deb Pace has struggled with finding the right hormonal balance. Pace experienced symptoms of depression, headache, mood swings and fatigue, among others, attributable to imbalanced estrogen levels. As a mother of two children, and someone deeply committed to public health, Pace took the reins of EarthSpring Foods to increase the public availability of this estrogen-free solution. Pace is a member of the School Nutrition Association, the National Federation of Press Women, and has served as both Web/Social Media Director and Vice President of Student Activities.
