Jonathan Flora is an award-winning producer with Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, also directing commercials, music videos, and most recently a series of PSAs addressing Military Suicide Prevention and for Lt. Dan Band: For The Common Good, Jonathan received the inaugural Santini Patriot Spirit Award given annually to a filmmaker whose work honors American veterans or their families.
A veteran of the U.S. Army’s 82d Airborne Division and serving 12 years in the military, Jonathan received his B.S.A. in Television Performance and Production from Ohio University. Following three years as a radio sports broadcaster, Jonathan returned to O.U. to earn his M.S.A. in Marketing.
Jonathan currently serves on the Advisory Board for the GI Film Festival, formed to honor films that celebrate the successes and sacrifices of the American military.
Deborah Flora has over fifteen years of experience in the entertainment industry. Prior to forming Lamplight Entertainment with her husband Jonathan, she was a Development Executive for production companies that have won Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and awards at Sundance. Deborah is also an award-winning actress who has appeared in television shows, feature films, and numerous theatre productions including several with the National American Shakespeare Company. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of SMU’s League Theatre program, Valedictorian of the Meadows School of the Arts, and as a President’s Scholar she studied at the Mozarteum Conservatory in Salzburg, Austria.
As Miss Colorado and 2nd Runner-Up to Miss America, Deborah spoke and performed extensively around the world, and she and Jonathan continue to speak across the United States.
