Michelle has been interested in many forms of meditation, voice, and movement work from an early age. She was driven to explore and cultivate a greater understanding of the mind-body connection, “discovering” yoga in 1991. Ten years of personal exploration into AyurVeda, Vipassana meditation, Thai Massage, Continuum, and many other types of voice and movement work inform her understanding and teaching of yoga. Her studies have translated into a deep understanding and passion for yoga and wellness, and sharing this with others. Currently she can be seen in the yoga television series Namaste airing worldwide.
