[HTML1] Susan Gunelius is an amazing young woman. She juggles a family (husband and 6 year old triplets) and a full time career. How does she do it? By having a “fantastic husband”, working “like a dog,” and sleeping only a few hours a day. She offers this advice to other career mothers; husbands and wives need to put their money in a single pot called the “family income” and by doing so become full economic partners, and both partners agree to share the child raising responsibilities. These economic/child related issues should be fully discussed and agreed upon prior to marriage. I asked Susan if she would have married her husband if these terms were not agreed upon and she said, “absolutely-not.”
