Iris Waichler has been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years. She has done individual, group counseling, and workshops with people experiencing infertility.
Her book, Riding the Infertility Roller Coaster: A Guide to Educateand Inspire has received 4 major awards including best book of the year from the National Association of Parenting Publications and Mom’s Choice Awards.
Ms. Waichler co-authored the award winning A Book is Born. She also wrote the book Patient Power: How to Have a Say During Your Hospital Stay.
She has worked with National Magazines such as Redbook, and Family Building. She was the Chicago Infertility and Miscarriage specialist for Examiner.com.
Currently Ms. Waichler does freelance writing for FertilityAuthority.com and health related articles for Demand Media.
