David has also authored nine books including Guerrilla Marketing for Writers and The Entrepreneurial Author.
David and his bride Susan live in Hampton Roads, Virginia, with their two children, Morgan Renee and Ethan James.

Jay B. Myers is the President/CEO of Interactive Solutions, Inc. (ISI), a Memphis based firm that specializes in video conferencing, distance learning, telemedicine and audio-visual sales and support. His first book, Keep Swinging- An Entrepreneur’s Story of Overcoming Adversity and Achieving Small Business Success, was published in October 2007. The book recently made the list of INC Magazine’s Best Selling Business Books for April, May, June and August 2010 and was also nominated for the prestigious Ethan Award which signifies success as an entrepreneurial author. Mr. Myers was also recently featured in the August 16th issue of the Wall Street Journal.
Myers started ISI in 1996 and in the past 14 years has built it into a $16 million company with 61 employees and offices in Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville as well as Birmingham, AL, Oxford, MS. and Little Rock, AR.
ISI has received numerous corporate awards and recognition in the past several years including being named to INC. Magazine’s “INC 500” list in 2001 and 2003 as well as the “INC 5000” list in 2007, 2009 and 2010 as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.
ISI was also named the Memphis Business Journal Small Business of the Year in 2001 and in 2003 was the first recipient of the Kemmons Wilson (founder of Holiday Inn) Emerging Business Award. ISI also received special vendor recognition in 2004 as the Oak Ridge National Labs (ORNL) Small Business of the Year.
Prior to starting ISI, Myers earned numerous sales awards while working for international corporations such as Eastman Kodak and Hewlett Packard.
Myers has lived in Memphis since 1965 and is active in the community currently serving on the board of the Chickasaw Council (Boy Scouts of America), Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid South Better Business Bureau.
Myers lives in Collierville, TN with his wife Maureen, and has 2 children (son Jordan and daughter Kaitlin) and two black labs, Chuck and Casey.
