His initial observations of the male and female differences validated this preconceived notions about gender identity. Eventually, he came to see that the boyness and girlness is a result of discrimination. That opened his eyes.
The gender discrimination leaves women doing much of the work and having no voic with little to no access to education, finances or ways to add their vision to the community.
What happens when women gather and learn that they matter, their dreams are possible and that their voices add value?
