Jay J. Johnson-Castro’s investigation into the imprisonment of mothers in 8 x 12 prison cells with innocent babies and children lead him to many shocking discoveries. One was that there was nothing that prevented this activity or gave a foundation from which our government could be challenged.
In 91989 the United Nations convened a Convention of the Right of the Child. In the past twenty years, the U. S. has not ratified those rights. We stand alone with the failed country of Somalia as the only two countries of the General Assembly of the U.N. Nations who has not ratified those right.
